The Grand Alpine Tour 2026 takes you on a 10-day motorcycle journey across the heart of Europe. Through six unforgettable countries: from the historic streets of Vienna, over the Austrian Alps, into the wild beauty of the Italian Dolomites, across the passes of Switzerland and France, and all the way down to the breathtaking Mediterranean coast of Nice.
We begin in Vienna, where we hand over the bikes and everyone meets for a welcome dinner. After dinner we cross the Danube into capital of Slovakia, Bratislava, where we are gonna spend our first night. The following morning, we are gonna start our journey through cliffs of Gesäuse National Park, continue to Schladming and Dachstein Mountains. Day three takes us to Grossglockner High Alpine Road, one of Europe’s most iconic passes you can experience. Then we cross the border of Italy and reach the foothill town of Canazei, which is in the heart of the Dolomites.
Dream loop in the Dolomites
We are in the middle of our tour that brings a riders dream loop through the Dolomites, Passo Giau, Passo Sella, and the glamorous resort town of Cortina d’Ampezzo. After that, we are gonna experience a breathtaking clim of Stelvio Pass, which consists of 48 switchbacks. Night is going to be spend in the spa and historical town of Bormio. After crossing Swiss borders, riding through smooth curves of Simplon Pass and continue toward Mattertal Valley, where we will have an incredible view of Matterhorn.
Our reward is full rest day in Chamonix – an alpine town near the Mont Blanc. During a rest day, you can relax, take a cable car to Aiguille du Midi or enjoy the French Alps city vibes.
After the rest day, full of energy, we will get into final stage that leads through Petit St. Beernanrd Pass to Italys Aosta Valley and finally to Route Napoleon, finishing all the way to the French Riviera. The tour ends with a sunset drink on the beaches of Nice, surrounded by new friends and stories you’ll never forget.
