そのバイクのクラスに有効なバイク免許が必要です。大型の BMW GS には A 免許、A2 では小型モデルをレンタルできます。実物の免許を拠点にお持ちください — 引き渡し時に確認します。
保証金はどう機能しますか？+
返金可能な保証金は受け取り時にカードのプレオーソリとして確保され、無傷で返却すると解除されます。今は課金されません。金額はモデルにより、受け取り前に確定します。
どんな保険が含まれますか？+
すべてのレンタルに、免責額を引き下げた車両保険（CDW）が含まれます。免責額は損傷時に支払う上限で、保証金のプレオーソリでカバーされます。より低い免責額のオプションも手配可能です。
拠点間の片道（ワンウェイ）レンタルはできますか？+
スペインとアフリカは別々の拠点のため、大陸間の片道はできません。地域内であれば手配できる場合があります — メッセージに記載いただければ確認します。
装備もレンタルできますか？+
はい。ヘルメットは要望に応じて、パニア・トップケース・エンジンガードも追加できます。フォームのオプションで選択いただければ準備しておきます。
最短のレンタル期間は？+
レンタルは3日からです。長期の旅にはお得な週単位の料金をご用意 — 依頼時にお知らせください。
キャンセルポリシーは？+
これは依頼のため、確定するまで課金されません。予約確定後、キャンセル条件を確認と書類とともにお知らせします。
いつ・どこで受け取りますか？+
選んだ拠点で営業時間内、または予約により受け取れます。正確な時間は予約時に確定します — 免許と保証金に使うカードをお持ちください。
