One tour, two reasons to go. First: BMW Motorrad Days in Garmisch-Partenkirchen on 2–4 July 2027 — the biggest BMW gathering in the world, held only once every two years, and we spend the whole Saturday there. Second: the ride around it. Eleven days, a full loop from Vienna and back, through Austria, Bavaria, Italy and Switzerland. Grossglockner, Stelvio, Passo Gardena, Pordoi and the Salzkammergut — the greatest hits of Alpine riding, on a BMW R 1300 GS, with a support vehicle, premium hotels and guides who have ridden it all before. Twenty riders, split into 2–3 groups by pace, so nobody is chasing and nobody is waiting. Miss this one and the next chance is 2029.
